VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW – These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Amazing Acrobats shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Amazing Acrobats agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Taney, in the state of Missouri. The failure of Amazing Acrobats to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. PAYMENT: Depending on the nature and type of service a Client elects, Amazing Acrobats offers different payment options.

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS AND PURCHASES All registrations and purchases made through the Website and/or Website Service are governed by these Terms of Use and any other terms specified on this Website as applicable to such registrations or purchases, which terms are hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use. All confirmed orders are final once payment is submitted. Any event or service sponsored or operated by a Client and any product or ticket sold by a Client are not the responsibility of Amazing Acrobats and you agree to hold Amazing Acrobats and its agents harmless from any liability or injury arising from or related to your attendance at or participation in any such event or service or your purchase of any such product or ticket. Clients have provided some of the information included in this Website and Amazing Acrobats neither verifies, certifies, nor is responsible for the accuracy or completeness thereof. All confirmed orders are final once payment is submitted.

Refund Policy
Amazing Acrobats pricing is based on the options on the level of tickets for the plan chosen by Client. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. All sales final.

Treat e-tickets and tickets as you would any other valuable or cash.

Resale or attempted resale of any ticket at a price higher than face value is strictly prohibited and grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.


Purchase Terms and Conditions

These Purchase Terms and Conditions are in addition to and subject to the Terms of Use for the Amazing Acrobats.com Website (the “Website”) and the services provided through the Website (the “Website Services”), which can be reviewed here (insert link) and are incorporated herein by reference. All customers who attempt to buy or reserve a ticket or who actually buy or reserve a ticket using the Website or Website Service (“Ticket Buyer”) agree to these Purchase Terms and Conditions by accessing or using the Website or Website Services.

Must be 18 years old or older to make a purchase through this site. By initiating or completing a purchase through this site you are representing that you are 18 years old or older and the information you are entering on this site is that of someone who is 18 years old or older. Each ticket the Ticket Buyer purchases is for the purpose of gaining entrance to a particular event at a night club, bar, theater, performing art center, conference, religious organization, school, tour, festival or sporting event (“Venue”) that is separate from Amazing Acrobats. Amazing Acrobats is not responsible for anything that may occur or happen at a Venue. The Ticket Buyer may also be subject to additional terms and conditions required by each particular Venue and each Ticket Buyer should request, locate and familiarize themselves with the policies of any Venue at which they may attend an event or performance.

Who You Are Buying From

Thunder Tix acts as the software by which each Venue is able to sell tickets for events to a Ticket Buyer. ThunderTix is not the offeror or seller of any tickets for any event to the Ticket Buyer. All communication regarding the purchase or attempted purchase of a ticket should be between the Ticket Buyer and Venue.

Pricing and Availability

ThunderTix does not control the inventory or the ticket availability for any event. The prices for each ticket and event are set solely by the Venue.

Currency

All ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars. All ticket prices for events that occur in Canada are stated in Canadian Dollars.

Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods differ at each Venue and the methods which are available is at the sole discretion of the Venue. All Venues accept both Visa and MasterCard. Optionally, a Venue may choose to also offer Discover, American Express.

Amount of Tickets Per Ticket Buyer

When purchasing tickets through an Amazing Acrobats Venue, Ticket Buyer may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. If a maximum amount exists, it is posted during the purchase process and is verified with each transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices and to expedite the time it takes to process an order.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed when “Confirm Order” is clicked at which time, the billing address and other billing information is also verified. Occasionally, incorrect billing or credit card information will cause an order to be declined. In these cases, Ticket Buyer should verify the billing address with the credit card issuing company or bank before making another purchase attempt.

Declined Transactions

In the case that the Ticket Buyer attempts to purchase tickets to an event and the transaction is declined, Ticket Buyer will see a message on the screen stating the declined reason. When a transaction is declined, it will appear on Ticket Buyer’s online bank statement as “pending”. These declined transactions will be removed from Ticket Buyer’s online banking statement within 7 days.

Order Confirmation

If Ticket Buyer does not reach the Order Confirmation page or receive the confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if an error message appears after submitting payment information, it is the responsibility of the Ticket Buyer to confirm with the Venue whether or not the order has been placed. The Venue may not automatically be made aware of any problems that occur during the purchase process. Amazing Acrobats is not responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) for errors that occur in the ticket purchase processing and or confirmation process, including, without limitation, if Ticket Buyer assumes that an order was not placed due to not receiving the confirmation.

Delivery Options

Different combinations of delivery methods may be offered, depending on which options the Venue makes available. Generally, some of the following delivery methods may be offered:

  • Print at Home PDF Ticket – Tickets are available for download at the end of an order and are also emailed to Ticket Buyer as an attachment.
  • Standard Mail – Tickets will be sent to the shipping address entered upon checkout.
  • Will Call – Tickets are to be picked up at the Venue the day of the order.

Amazing Acrobats is not responsible for delivery of tickets to the Ticket Buyer and if there are any questions or issues regarding delivery, the Ticket Buyer should immediately contact the Venue.

Canceled and Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the Venue. Should this occur, the Venue is responsible for contacting the Ticket Buyer regarding rescheduling, refund or exchange procedures for that event. The event information online, the confirmation email sent by the Venue, or the ticket stub may contain instructions regarding canceled or postponed events. If an event is canceled, please contact the Venue for further information. In no event will ThunderTix in any way be responsible for any refund or reissuing of tickets for cancelled, postponed or rescheduled events.

Limitation of Liability

Ticket Buyer assumes all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and waives any claims for personal injury or death against ThunderTix Amazing Acrobats or on behalf of Ticket Buyer, any accompanying minor and their successors, assigns, heirs or estate.

You also provide non-personal information about your computer and about your activities on the Website. This information includes your IP address, your browser type, the date and time you access the site, and the website that referred you to our site.

Data Protection

Amazing Acrobats has security measures in place to help safeguard your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Only Amazing Acrobats employees or active Venue employees, are permitted to access your personal information. We also encrypt all credit card data before it is sent from your computer through the Internet Gateway. Amazing Acrobats does not store any credit card data except for last 4 digits of the card, and this is available only so that the Venue can ensure the buyer’s identity in the case that a ticket is lost or misplaced.

We take precautions to ensure the security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your personal information despite our efforts. In using the Website, your information will travel through third party infrastructures which are not under our control.

Our Use of Your Information

Amazing Acrobats may use information that we collect about you in one or more of the following ways, among others:

  • Processing the payment for tickets you purchase
  • Delivering tickets, products and services made on the Website
  • To include you in Venue mailing lists in which you choose to participate;
